Here you will find every activity without a fixed schedule, but that we are always ready to offer you. All of them thinking about your wellbeing. Conscious Nutrition

We offer a wide variety of tasteful and healthy meals. We prepare our meals with locally sourced and seasonal ingredients.
 
All the meals are adaptable to specific diets such as vegan, gluten and dairy free.

Relax and Strecthing

This is an ideal class for the end of the day! 

Designed with specific exercises and sequences that help to correct posture, to stretch and relax the whole body structure, bringing a sense of well being and expansion.

Touristic Tours

We are privileged to be close to Sintra  (UNESCO heritage), where we offer visits.

 

Visits also include other touristic sights as Convento de Mafra, Lisboa, Cascais, Óbidos, Fátima, and Cabo da Roca - the western point of  Europe (minimal 4 people).

Ayurvedic Massage

The Ayurvedic massage activates and stimulates the blood circulation, the respiratory system, and the body’s vital energy.
 
It is recommended for muscle pains, problems with the spine as well as lack of flexibility.
 
This special style combines the traditional deep tissue Indian massage with specific stretches based on yoga postures, using natural and essential oils.

Yoga

Our Yoga classes combine Vinyasa Flow and Hatha styles that have several benefits for the organism.

 

 During the whole class, we focus on expanding the awareness through specific breathing techniques.  These classes are suitable for all levels of participants.

Surf Lessons

We provide quality surf classes for all levels. All equipment, insurance (board and wetsuit) and transport to and from the beach are included.


Lessons are held in Ericerias's beaches, at a 5-minute walk from our place. They are very surf-friendly beach breaks (sand bottom) that suit all levels.

Guided Walks

With its views and spectacular coastal scenery, Ericeira is ideal for long walks of exploration and close contact with nature's beauty.

Walking is a great aerobic exercise for lungs, heart, and circulation - it can be a gentle, yet powerful, workout to strengthen the whole body and this is our focus for these 60min guided walks.

Zen Shiatsu

A unique form of bodywork (done with comfortable clothes on) that provides the release of any blockage or stagnation of energy within the meridian points.


This massage helps you balance your energy on all levels while experiencing a profoundly relaxing and clinically therapeutic musculoskeletal 1-hour treatment.

Guided Meditation and Conscious Breathing

Many ancestral and mystical
traditions regarded correct breathing
as the balance for life.

Reflexology

Reflexology is based on the belief that the feet, hands or spine contain information about all parts of the human body. Therefore, it is possible that through stimuli in these areas, we release the necessary energy to restore the balance in an organ that is malfunctioning.

 

It is the application of pressure on the feet or hands, so as to produce a positive effect on another part of the body.
